FHANA 2011 Chapter of the Year!!!

Welcome to the South Central Friesian Horse Association (SCFHA) website.  We are a chapter of the Friesian Horse Association of North America (FHANA).  FHANA is the North American affiliate of the Dutch Friesian studbook (KFPS) Koninklijke Vereniging Het Friesch Paarden-Stamboek, est. in 1879.  Though our members are mainly in Texas, SCFHA includes members in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kansas and Arkansas.  In addition our membership is open to Friesian lovers anywhere. The SCFHA will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the FHANA. 

SCFHA Goals
Our chapter was established in March of 2005 for the purpose of promoting the KFPS pure bred Friesian horse, education, recreation and sharing our common love of the Friesian horse.

IBOP Clinic Herman Smit/Jan Hendriks Jul 21, 2012

07/21&22/2012 ~ IBOP test practice & preparation / Linear scoring / /Friesian mare lines lecture given by Herman Smit and Jan Hendriks. The clinic is to be held at Noble Champion Sport Horses in Cedar Hill TX. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the professionals.
